Meet our new member Allan Garnham

Allan has recently joined us at FP Mailing L&C as our Account Manager and will be supporting our current and future customers with our high-tech equipment and the many benefits for your business including time-saving and reduced costs. In particular, Allan will be assisting with Software, Folder Inserters and our Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) range.

 

Allan has over 27 years’ experience having worked previously with customers from small micro businesses up to national contracts. Allan is passionate about customer satisfaction and you can trust that he will be dedicated and educated in helping you to achieve your goals.

 

Allan has been specifically hired based on his vast knowledge in Multi-Function Printers (MFPs), Software and Folder Inserters. He will provide guidance on helping you to manage all print needs in one machine, including copy, print, scan via our fast and dynamic e-STUDIO Multi-Function Printers. This also includes our Toshiba's e-BRIDGE productivity enhancement tools, with features enabling quick and secure access to commonly used business collaboration tools such as Dropbox and Google Drive.

 

With a sharp focus on our software that can co-exist with your current franking machines or printer, Allan can help your business to find relevant, time-saving mailing software. Our software will allow you to manage postage accounting remotely from your Windows tablet or computer, through automation and it is very convenient for invoices and statements, as it merges the two together so as an example, bills for different products or services, aren't sent separately thus costing less.

 

Regarding our new range of folder inserters, which combine scan codes (OMR, 1D or 2D BCR) with PDF files without the need to change the existing documents – helping you to comply with the recent GDPR regulations – Allan can help find the right machine for you. He is all about helping customers to streamline business processes as well as introducing relevant bespoke solutions to reduce costs and boost office productivity.
