FP Mailing Lancashire & Cheshire provide a dedicated franking machine service to business across the UK. Our staff are made up of a team of experienced and friendly people, and we are now looking for an Account Manager to join us in Birchwood, Warrington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of FP Mailing clients and dedicated to identifying the best and most cost-effective postage solutions based on their needs. At FP Mailing, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible, whilst helping businesses save time and money, so are looking for an individual to share the same passion in our ethos.
This role of Account Manager at FP Mailing Lancashire & Cheshire involves:
- Promoting and executing a comprehensive account plan.
- Generating captivating proposals about our products and services.
- Brilliant communication skills for liaising with clients on a regular basis.
- Supporting clients with products enhancement needs.
- Maintaining excellent customer service.
Industry experience is not essential, as we will be happy to provide training if necessary. Benefits include an excellent corporate package including a company car, in addition to a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
